About Mindiam

The AI implementation shop for Australian business. We build the automations and software that save you time and money.

Last updated 22 June 2026

What we do

Mindiam is a small team of builders and operators. We implement AI for Australian businesses, the hands-on kind, not slide decks. We take the repetitive jobs that eat your week and hand them to AI, then build the custom software that does the rest. Every engagement is fixed-scope and AU$ priced. Four services:

We also publish a free blog and resource guides, plus The Mindiam Weekly: one short story a week on what an Australian business automated and the hours or dollars it got back.

Mission

Most Australian businesses already have AI open in a tab and still type the same quotes, re-key the same data, and chase the same follow-ups by hand. That gap (between having AI and actually putting it to work) is what we close. We exist to build the automations and software that hand the time and the money back to the business, AU$ priced and on Australian ground rather than a US template.

Founder

Mindiam is founded and run by Ben Rogers. Ben edits the publication, writes a fair share of it, and runs the consulting business that pays the bills.

Editorial team

The full team is on the authors page. Every byline links to the author's page; every author page lists prior work, credentials, and external profiles for verification.

Ownership

Mindiam is owned and operated under the trading name “Mindiam” (ABN 50 797 437 657), an Australian sole trader / business entity. No external investors, no parent company, no editorial influence from anyone other than the editorial team. If that ever changes, we'll disclose it here.

How we make money

Three streams, in order of contribution:

  1. Implementation work. We build automations, custom AI software, and run consulting and training for AU businesses. Most of our revenue, and the reason the site exists.
  2. Affiliate commissions. Some links to recommended tools earn us a commission when readers buy. We disclose this on every relevant page. See the affiliate disclosure.
  3. Future newsletter sponsorships. Once the newsletter hits scale (10k+ active subscribers), we may run sponsored slots, clearly labelled as such, never as editorial.

We do not accept paid editorial coverage, sponsored content framed as reviews, or copy approval from subjects. See our ethics policy for the full standard.

Editorial standards

Sourcing, fact-checking, AI usage disclosure, corrections, right of reply: all documented in our editorial standards.
