These terms govern your use of mindiam.com (the “Site”) and the services provided by Mindiam (ABN 50 797 437 657). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. What we do

Mindiam builds AI automations and custom AI software, and helps Australian businesses work out where AI pays off and put it to work. The Site describes what we do and how to get in touch. Information on the Site is general. It isn't tailored advice for your situation, and it isn't a binding offer to provide services.

2. AI output disclaimer

We build with AI, and AI can be wrong. Anything an AI system produces (whether on the Site, in something we build for you, or in a tool we help you set up) can contain mistakes, made-up facts, or outdated information. Always review AI output with a person before you rely on it for anything that matters. We don't warrant that AI output is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.

3. Engagements + results

Paid work is governed by a separate engagement letter signed before work starts. It sets the scope, deliverables, AUD pricing, payment terms, and who owns what. We work hard to get you a real outcome, but we don't guarantee specific results (savings, revenue, rankings, or otherwise) because those depend on your data, your team, and factors outside our control. A call booked via Reclaim.ai is an introductory conversation only, not a commitment to engage.

4. Newsletter

Subscribing to the newsletter means you opt in to receive related emails from Mindiam. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email. We action it within an hour. We don't buy or rent lists.

5. Intellectual property

The Site content, design, and code are © Mindiam unless another author is credited. You may quote up to 100 words for commentary with full attribution and a link back. Wholesale republishing without written permission isn't allowed. Ownership of anything we build for you is set out in your engagement letter.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mindiam is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, from AI output, or from reliance on general information on the Site. Australian Consumer Law guarantees that can't be excluded still apply. For paid work, liability is governed by the engagement letter.

7. Third-party links + tools

We link to and build on third-party sites and tools. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or their own terms. Using a linked site or tool is at your own discretion.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are resolved in NSW courts unless mutually agreed otherwise.

9. Updates

We update these terms when needed. Material changes are announced via the newsletter. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept it.
