Corrections log

Mindiam maintains a public record of every editorial correction. Per our corrections policy, when we get something wrong we fix the article in place AND add a dated entry here showing the original text, the correction, and why. The log is append-only — historical entries are never edited or removed.

Spot an error? Email corrections@mindiam.comwith the URL, the claim you're flagging, and (ideally) a primary source we should check against. We commit to substantive responses within 5 business days.

No corrections logged yet. As of 10 May 2026, mindiam.com has published content that hasn't required a published correction. We expect that to change as the publication scales — corrections are a sign of healthy editorial accountability, not a failure mode.
